The hotel is located conveniently close to the mall road, making it easy to explore the area. the food is excellent and the room service is good as well. the rooms facing the mountain and swimming pool are great, and they also offer a good view of the surroundings.

The bathroom could use some maintenance as the pot seats were broken and seemed outdated. the heating system was noisy and made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel offered excellent food and room service, adding to the enjoyment of my new year stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the popular Mall Road. I particularly loved the rooms with mountain views and the swimming pool, which added to the overall appeal of the hotel.

There were a few aspects that could have been better. The bathrooms seemed old and not well maintained.
